FTC SIG Day at ARLIS :-)


Friday, May 2nd, is shaping up to be quite the FTC SIG day for the ARLIS conference.  🙂  The first two events are by reservation, and the first has limited attendance, so RSVP ASAP.  All are welcome to attend the FTC SIG meeting.  See you there!

1:00 – Catered lunch for FTC SIG hosted by Kevin Ohe from Bloomsbury Academic Publishing (RSVP to Kevin Ohe [Kevin.Ohe@bloomsbury.com] by April 10.  (“Bloomsbury Academic is working on exciting plans to collect our fashion content under a single digital platform and open up a number of possibilities in terms of how we publish items like Berg Fashion Library and textbooks from Fairchild Books. Sandra has graciously offered us a bit of time on the FTC SIG agenda, but we’d also like to chat informally with FTC SIG members at a lunch session at noon on Friday, May 2. We’d love to see you, so if you’re interested in joining us for lunch, please RSVP to kevin.ohe@bloomsbury.com by April 10.)

2:00 – 3:00 – FTC SIG Annual Meeting – Time to network with colleagues working with fashion / costume / textile collections, and to discuss issues of common interest.
