Important 20th-Century Fashion Illustration Collections?

Greetings everyone,

Can anyone tell me where I might find collections of the major 20th-century fashion illustrators?

You may respond here, or directly to me.  Thank you!

  1. We in the New School Archives and Special Collections, which includes the Kellen Design Archives, have a large collection of illustrations by René Robert Bouché, some of which are available online at the following URL:

Additionally, we have a collection of approximately 700 illustrations by Fred Greenhill. Again, a selection are available online:

    Less well-known is Esta Nesbitt:

We have many smaller collections containing fashion illustrations, and all researchers regardless of affiliation are always welcome to contact us for a research appointment at archivist[at]newschool[dot]edu

The New School Archives and Special Collections is located in New York City.
